Ritmio โ€” Habit Tracker ยท Last updated 6 July 2026

Ritmio ("the app", "we") is a habit-tracking app developed by Hilal Al Hinai. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over your data. Your data belongs to you.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we store your email address and the first name you provide. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email and name from that provider. If you use Guest mode, we create an anonymous identifier with no personal details.

Your content. The habits you create, your completion history, custom categories, notes, and reminder times. This is stored in your account so it can sync across your devices.

Usage and diagnostics. We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used (for example, habits created or completed, screens viewed) and Firebase Crashlytics to record crash and diagnostic information so we can fix problems. These may include device model, operating system version, and app-usage identifiers.

Subscriptions. Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple and managed via RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status and a purchase identifier. We never receive or store your payment card details โ€” those are handled by Apple.

How we use your information

Solely to provide and improve the app's features: tracking, reminders, statistics, sync, subscription access, and diagnosing crashes. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Third-party services

We rely on the following processors, each governed by its own privacy policy: Google Firebase (authentication, database, analytics, crash reporting), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Apple (sign-in and payments).

Storage and security

Your data is stored with Google Cloud Firestore and protected by per-user security rules so that only you can access your data. Data is encrypted in transit using standard HTTPS/TLS.

Your rights and choices

At any time from within the app's Settings you can: export your data, reset your statistics, and permanently delete your account together with all associated data. Deleting your account removes your habits, history, and profile from our systems.

Children

Ritmio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
